Sverchek is well-prepared to be county controller

Mark Sverchek has had a very diverse business career and extensive education in business and finance. My personal interaction with him concerns obtaining the correct insurance for my small business. We work with a variety of corporations as our customers and many insurance companies turned us down for insurance or simply didn’t take the time to understand my business.

Mark’s expertise and diligence enabled us to obtain the insurance coverage we needed at a reasonable cost. He is a “people person” and is well-prepared to perform the duties of the controller’s position. Mark has proven his proficiency in dealing with the public in his current business for 20 years and in his prior positions in banking and county government. I believe he will be a diligent steward of the taxpayers’ money and will carry out his duties with honesty, integrity and strong ethical standards.
