During a meeting Thursday, the Schuylkill County Commissioners approved the following personnel changes: In Children & Youth, the retirement of Betsy Bixler, Pottsville, effective Dec. 6. In the county prison, the resignation of correction office Michael Wallace, Tremont, effective Oct. 25.
