Lebanon Valley students create ale recipe

Eleven Lebanon Valley College students, a combination of science and business majors, partnered with Snitz Creek Brewery to create a recipe, brew, and market this year’s Flying Dutchmen Ale, which was revealed at Homecoming in October.

Patrick McMullen of Tamaqua was one of the students involved.

The science majors worked with Snitz Creek Brewery to create a recipe and brew the traditional ale served at homecoming. The seven business students marketed the ale to local establishments.
