Man taken into custody on warrant arrest in homicide case

A Blakeslee man has been taken into custody on a warrant arrest as part of a homicide case.

Pocono Mountain Regional Police said that at 8:05 p.m. Dec. 2, police assisted the City of Bethlehem Police Department in locating and serving a homicide warrant.

Through the investigation, it was determined that Carlton Johnson resided at 242 Martha Lane. Units arrived and identified Johnson as the man who answered the front door.

Johnson was taken into custody without incident, and was released to the City of Bethlehem Police Department.
