Teen charged after assault of woman
A 17-year-old male from Saylorsburg is facing harassment by physical contact charges after state police at the Stroudsburg barracks were summoned at 2:45 p.m. Nov. 19 to Lake Road and Seitz Street in Hamilton Township.
Police said it is alleged the assailant physically harassed a 71-year-old woman from Saylorsburg.
