Woman is assaulted in East Brunswick

A 48-year-old New Ringgold man was charged with simple assault, indecent assault and harassment when state police at the Frackville barracks responded to a domestic assault report at 6 a.m. Dec. 14 along Summer Valley Road in East Brunswick Township.

Police said the victim is a 47-year-old woman from New Ringgold who was assaulted inside the residence.
