Lehighton State Police

State police at Lehighton reported investigating the following incidents.

• A 38-year-old man from Lansford reported three fraudulent purchases were made on his state EPPICard (child support card). The incident occurred sometime between Dec. 31, 2019, and Jan. 11.

• A 57-year-old man from Jim Thorpe reported someone damaged the passenger side window on his 2000 Toyota van with trailer while parked overnight along Church Road in Penn Forest Township, Carbon County. The incident occurred sometime between Jan. 21-22.
