Franklin to buy new police vehicle

Franklin Township’s police department will get a new vehicle to add to its fleet.

The township’s board of supervisors on Tuesday unanimously agreed to buy a 2020 Responder W1P police vehicle at a cost of $44,158.

Supervisors said an average amount of $125 will be taken out of the police office supply fund.
