Shenandoah driver facing DUI in Rush

Rush Township police have filed charges against Tiffany Pagan, 22, of Shenandoah, in connection with a traffic stop made on Nov. 30.

Pagan was driving on Mahanoy Avenue at 5:45 p.m. when she was stopped for traffic violations. She agreed to submit to a blood test and was transported to the hospital. Test results have been received and show she had oxycodone and marijuana in her system.

She was cited for driving under the influence of a controlled substance and the traffic violations.
