Two charges with thefts in Rush
Two Tamaqua men are facing charges after a Christmas Eve shoplifting incident in Rush Township.
Anthony Napolitano, 30, and Jason Stephens, 22, entered the HT Commons Walmart in Hometown before 1 p.m. Both men then shoplifted items.
Napolitano took merchandise valued at $9.82 and will be charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft.
Stephens took $14.84 worth of merchandise and will be charged with retail theft and criminal conspiracy.
