Two arrests for Schuylkill thefts
Two Schuylkill County residents have been charged in connection with thefts from a property in Schuylkill County.
State police at Frackville said William Veach, 38, and Jennifer Velousky, 33, both of Shenandoah, are charged with entering the property of Reading Anthracite in Pottsville, located off Route 61 in New Castle Township, and removing various items.
Troopers said Veach was found in possession of three cans of motor oil, one tarpaulin, one glass ash tray, one small bag of scrap wire, five golf balls, one stapler and three pliers, all removed from the property.
The incident occurred at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, troopers said. Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at 570-874-5300.
