Theft incident under investigation
An access device fraud incident that transpired earlier this month remains under investigation.
State police at Fern Ridge said that at 3:06 p.m. Feb. 1, someone removed $500 from a bank account via an ATM located in Philadelphia.
The victim is a Saylorsburg man.
