Lebanon man facing firearms charge

A Lebanon County man has been arrested on a firearms act violation following an incident in Tamaqua.

State police at Frackville said Todd Robert Tedrick attempted to purchase a firearm at Ed's Sport Shop, West Broad Street, on May 15, 2015, and he was prohibited from making such a purchase.

He was arrested on Tuesday and arraigned before a district judge. He was released on bail.
