Man is facing assault charge
David P. Washburn, 25, of 1407 E. Lizard Creek Road, Lehighton, is facing aggravated assault charges as a result of an incident that happened at 1:42 p.m. Feb. 9in the area of 2400 Little Gap Road, Palmerton.
State police at the Lehighton barracks said he is accused of entering a residence at the above address and holding a knife while he chased after a 25-year-old female from Palmerton.
