Two cited for suspended licenses

Two people were cited in Nesquehoning after they drove through the borough with suspended driver's licenses.

On Jan. 14, officer Richard Neikam stopped a vehicle, driven by George V. McIntosh, 38, of 219 Ochre St., Lehighton, after he observed it speeding along Route 54 in the borough.

Neikam discovered that McIntosh's license was suspended.

McIntosh called Susan A. Binder, 54, of 229 E. Railroad St., Nesquehoning, for a ride home from the scene.

When she arrived, Neikam learned that she also was driving a vehicle with a suspended license.

Her license was taken and sent back to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
