Schuylkill woman cited for theft

A Schuylkill County woman has been cited for an incident involving a county business.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Andrea Mary Spece, whose last known address was along West Norwegian Street in Pottsville, signed a rental agreement with Rent-A-Center, located in the Pottsville Park Plaza in Norwegian Township, for an Asus laptop, which she received but never returned after she stopped making payments.

Troopers said she was charged with theft of leased property and receiving stolen property.
