Schuylkill driver facing DUI count

A Schuylkill County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence following an incident that occurred at 7:13 p.m. on Feb. 2.

State police at Frackville said Robert W. Michael, 25, of Saint Clair, was stopped along Route 1006 near Brockton Mountain Road in Ryan Township. He was found to be driving under the influence of marijuana, troopers said. He was transported to a Pottsville hospital for a blood test. The test was positive for marijuana. Charges will be filed.
