Domestic dispute leads to charges

Both sides of a domestic dispute in Schuylkill County have been charged.

State police at Frackville said Robert L. Barlow and Amber Lee Blickley, both of 146 W. Main St., Girardville, were cited for harassment following incidents that occurred on Sunday.

Troopers said around 9 a.m. they were called to the residence for a domestic disturbance.

Later that day, about 1:30 p.m., troopers returned to the residence after Barlow and Blickley got into another verbal argument that turned physical, during which both pushed and hit each other.
