Man cited for disorderly conduct
A Summit Hill man was cited for disorderly conduct.
According to Summit Hill police, officers received a complaint at 9:30 p.m. on March 1 stating that someone was revving an engine of an ATV and driving up and down the block.
They made contact with Seth Krynock, 20, of 15 W. Hazard St., the person responsible for the noise.
This was not the first time that someone complained about this problem, police said.
