Prom and wedding dress collection underway

Blue Ridge Communications has begun collecting new and gently used dresses and accessories including jewelry, purses, shawls and shoes now through March 22 at the following Blue Ridge Communications locations: Palmerton, Gilbert, Lansford, Walnutport (behind the post office), Stroudsburg and Lehighton.

The items will be offered for sale during the eighth annual Prom & Wedding Dress sale to be held from 3 to 6 p.m. March 30 at Penn's Peak in Jim Thorpe.

Dresses will be sold for just $10, unless priced otherwise. Proceeds will benefit Dream Come True, Blue Ridge Chapter.
