Man charged with witness intimidation

Tamaqua police have cited Matthew Robert Martin, 36, of 5 Gamelands Road, Tamaqua R.D., with witness intimidation.

Martin is awaiting trial on charges related to a domestic assault incident on March 13 when he was charged with stalking and harassment.

Since that time he has continued to harass the victim, telling her to drop the charges or things would get worse.
