Argument leads to arrest in Monroe

When two men became involved in an argument at 12:23 p.m. March 11 at 1535 Starry Lane in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, state police at the Fern Ridge barracks responded and arrested one of the them.

Police saida 38-year-old man advised them that Wayne Douglas Tilley, 55, harassed him to sign divorce papers and verbally harassed him at his residence. Upon arrival, police said they learned Tilley was DUI suspended and in possession of marijuana, resulting in the filing of Act 64 charges against him.

Both the victim and the accused are listed as having Wyoming, Pennsylvania, residences.
