McAdoo man cited

Rafiel Rodriguez, 36, of McAdoo, was cited by borough police after he borrowed his girlfriend's van without her permission.

Police were dispatched to 41 W. Grant St., and spoke with the van's owner. She said Rodriguez took money from her purse and drove off with her van while she was in the shower in early March. The van was found the next day, parked in front of 55 S. Cleveland St.

Rodriguez was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
