Man cited for scattering rubbish
A Schuylkill County man has been cited for scattering rubbish.
State police at Schuylkill Haven said Merlin B. Dronick Jr., 40, of Auburn, dumped two piles of shingles and assorted waste onto private property at 152 Tunnel Road, in West Brunswick Township, sometime between April 15 and 16. Dronick didn't realize he left behind the registration plate from the trailer he was using and the plate was found in the pile of waste.
