Published April 30. 2016 09:00AM

A Tamaqua woman was cited for harassment after an incident involving a baby stroller on April 27.

Tamaqua Police received a complaint from a woman on Cherry Street, who said Bernadette Moulthrop, 45, of 29 E. Elm St., Tamaqua, came to her home that morning and began an argument about items she claimed were missing from her apartment.

Moulthrop grabbed the stroller and began to leave. When the victim tried to stop her, Moulthrop shoved her, took the stroller and left.
