Home care provider charged with credit card use
A woman hired to provide home care for a senior from Pocono Pines allegedly used his credit card to make purchases last December, according to police.
Chandera C. Richardson, 27, of East Stroudsburg, faces 25 misdemeanor counts of access device fraud and one misdemeanor count each of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and possessing an instrument of a crime.
She allegedly stole a credit card from a 72-year-old man for whom she was hired to perform home care services and used it to make $1,284 in purchases.
