Man charged after fight in Summit Hill
A Nesquehoning man was arrested following an assault in Summit Hill earlier this year.
According to Summit Hill police, Shane Houser, 18, of 199 Stock St., was arrested at his residence on Mondayby Nesquehoning police on an active arrest warrant.
The warrant stemmed from an incident that happened just before 6 p.m. on Feb. 23 at a residence on Hazard Street in Summit Hill.
Police responded to the call about an altercation and after arriving, it was learned that Houser assaulted another person at the home.
He faces charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment.
Houser is free on unsecured bail.
