Night with Nurses at Heritage Hill

Caregivers can get the information they need by joining Heritage Hill Senior Community, 800 Sixth St., Weatherly, and caregivers across the area for a Night with the Nurses at 6:30 p.m. May 26.

Dr. John Shalanski, licensed clinical social worker, will speak about "Mindfulness: Living & Enjoying The Present Moment." This gathering gives attendees a chance to interact with each other, discuss problems, get tips, and learn from each other and from nursing professionals how they can better care for senior parents or family members.

Light refreshments will be served for those attending.
