Barnesville man cited for harassment
A Schuylkill County man has been cited for harassment.
State police at Frackville said the incident occurred at 1 a.m. May 13 at 22 Saint Ann St., Mahanoy Township.
Police said that Jonathan Ford, 29, of Barnesville, punched the windshield of Mahanoy City woman, shattering it.
Ford then repeatedly texted her against her wishes.
