Gilbert man had drugs in his vehicle

A Gilbert man was found to be in possession of drugs when police responded to a crashat 10:40 p.m. Mondayin the area of Silver Fox Drive in Polk Township.

State police at the Lehighton barracks said drug possession charges will be filed against the unnamed 20-year-old.

Police said they responded to the crash in which property damages were observed and eventually learned the driver was in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
