Man threatens to shoot neighbors

Robert Finch, 44, of Greenbriar Circle, Tobyhanna, was arrested on several charges after he threatened to shoot one of his neighbors at 3:20 p.m. June 8 in A Pocono Country Place development.

Pocono Mountain Regional Police arrested him for terroristic threats, persons not to possess a firearm, recklessly endangering another person, simple assault, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.

Police said they were dispatched to a report of threats being made and a firearm being brandished on Greenbriar Circle in the development. Upon arriving, they met with Finch and his neighbors in regards to the incident, and then confiscated a firearm from the man after it was reported he threatened to shoot the neighbor.
