Harassment case is investigated

An incident of harassment in which a 47-year-old Stroudsburg woman is the victim is being investigated by state police at the Fern Ridge barracks.

Police said the incident happened on July 13 when the victim received a letter from an unknown sender mocking her for a failed relationship with an ex-boyfriend.
