Man charged for harassment
State police at the Lehighton barracks arrested Jason Koons of Bowmanstown on a charge of harassment after he allegedly struck a woman at 1:55 p.m. July 2.
The incident happened on White Street. Police said it is alleged he struck the woman with his hand.
