Driver cited after Schuylkill crash

A Schuylkill County driver was cited following a one-vehicle crash that occurred at 6:40 a.m. on July 21 along Geary Wolf Road in Pine Grove Township.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Brock D. Natale Jr., 22, of Pine Grove, was driving a 2011 Dodge Nitro southbound when he failed to negotiate a right curve in the road. The Dodge traveled across the northbound lane and struck a boulder just off the east side of the road. After impact the Dodge continued traveling south and struck a tree, mailbox and concrete wall where it came to rest.

Natale sustained a minor injury and was treated at the scene by Pine Grove ambulance personnel. Troopers said Natale was cited for the crash.
