Schuylkill woman facing theft count
A Schuylkill County woman is facing a charge of retail theft.
State police at Schuylkill Haven said Allison Hicks, 39, of Pottsville, was found concealing merchandise while inside Boscov's Department Store in the Fairlane Village Mall, Norwegian Township.
The incident occurred at 5:41 p.m. on Tuesday. The value of the items taken was $349.92.
