Schuylkill man cited for conduct
A Schuylkill County man has been cited for disorderly conduct for an incident that occurred about 11 a.m. Sunday in the borough of Girardville.
State police at Frackville said Robert Belfiore, 43, of Girardville, was cited for causing a disturbance outside 14 Line St. by yelling. Several people in the area said they heard Belfiore yelling and causing problems.
