Man charged with stealing bicycles
A Schuylkill County man has been charged with stealing two bicycles.
State police at Frackville have charged David Mark Willis, 48, of Girardville, with theft. Troopers said Willis removed two bicycles from the backyard of Helen Anne Brennan, 44, of 316 W. Main St., Girardville.
The bikes were taken sometime between midnight and 9 a.m. on July 31-Aug. 1.
