3 facing theft counts in Rush Township

Rush Township police will be filing charges in three separate shoplifting incidents at the HT Commons Walmart in Hometown.

Stephen Maguschak, 25, of Beaver meadows, will be charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property after stealing $348.41 worth of merchandise from the store. The theft took place at 3:11 p.m. Aug. 4.

Danielle L. Jaso, 31, of Lansford, will be charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy. A co-conspirator, Dianne M. Walck, 50, of Lansford, will be charged with criminal conspiracy. The two women stole merchandise valued at $358.67 at 5:26 p.m. on Aug. 21.

Joseph Michaels, 24, of Barnesville, faces charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property from an Aug. 22 theft. Michaels took merchandise valued at $82.05 from the store. The theft took place at 5:23 p.m.
