Two charged with disorderly conduct

An argument in McAdoo on Aug. 3 resulted in charges being filed on both participants.

McAdoo police were dispatched to 302 W. Blaine St. for a disturbance and found Roxanne Garcia of McAdoo sitting on the porch. While speaking with Garcia, the officer noticed the metal handrail on the front steps was bent.

Garcia said she and David Dennis of Hazleton were walking down the street when they began arguing about whether or not Dennis had been harassing another person. A shoving match resulted and the damage to the railing.

Garcia and Dennis were both cited for disorderly conduct.
