Monroe man cited for drunkenness
A Monroe County man has been cited for public drunkenness following an incident that occurred Friday at 8:02 p.m.
State police at Fern Ridge said Ryan L. Henning, 37, of Chestnuthill Township, was found in front of the Subway restaurant, located along Route 209 in Chestnuthill Township, drinking beer and annoying customers in the area. He was given a PBT test which indicated at 0.20 BAC.
