Police investigating criminal mischief
State police at the Fogelsville barracks are investigating a criminal mischief incident that happened between 8 a.m. Oct. 12 and 6:12 p.m. Oct. 14 in Lynn Township.
Police said someone drove onto the fields below a residence in the 5300 block of Owl Valley Road in New Tripoli and used heavy-duty machines to dig up the ground.
