Two arrested for retail theft in Rush

Rush Township police arrested two people in connection with separate shoplifting incidents last week.

William Rybinski, 18, of Milensville, faces charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy after he reportedly took merchandise from the HT Commons Walmart. The theft took place at 12:20 a.m. on Oct. 8.

The merchandise was valued at $248.20.

Hollie Carsia, 28, of Hazleton, faces charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property and criminal trespass after taking merchandise valued at $257. The theft took place at 3:37 p.m. on Oct. 12.
