Our state Legislators need to 'get real'

Regarding the current Pennsylvania budget impasse, we voters/taxpayers need to realize that we all have benefited financially by allowing our Pennsylvania legislators to pass deficit/unbalanced budgets for many years so that we, the State, are now over $50 billion in debt.

While Republican legislators want to continue this irresponsibility, we finally have a governor who is determined to stop this charade and raise tax monies to start repaying our “credit card bill” before our “house” goes into foreclosure. Call your legislators and tell them to “get real.”
