Police: Schuylkill man stole registration sticker

A Schuylkill County man is facing charges following an incident that occurred along Canal Street in the village of Landingville.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Issac Boom, of Schuylkill Haven, has been charged with removing the state registration sticker from a registration plate on a boat trailer owned by Anthony Rizzo, of Schuylkill Haven, and placing it on his registration plate which had expired a few months ago. He has been charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

The incident occurred sometime between Oct. 10 and 17.
