Burglary reported in Penn Forest

State police at Fern Ridge are investigating a burglary at a Carbon County residence.

Troopers said a home on Brittany Drive, Penn Forest Township, was entered by forcing open the front door. Once inside the criminals put several holes in the drywall throughout the house. The incident occurred sometime between Oct. 18 and Sunday. The property is owned by Better Homes and Gardens Realty of Old Bridge, New Jersey.
