3 face charges for drugs in Rush

Three people face charges following a traffic stop in Rush Township on Nov. 4.

Michael Harley, 27, of Tamaqua, is facing a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia for having a crack pipe.

Thomas Bilsak Jr., 27, of Hazle Township, will be charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia (pipe).

Taryn Depos, 29, of Tamaqua, will be charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia (a scale).
