Man charged with possession of drug paraphernalia

A Lehigh County man has been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident in Mahoning Township.

Township police said that at 8:50 p.m. Oct. 7, police were following up on a Protection from Abuse order violation, and a burglary on Pine Hollow Drive.

During the investigation, Bradley Burbage, 21, of Bethlehem, was found operating a rental vehicle with a Maryland registration at the residence.

The resident advised police that Bradley was not allowed on the property. Police seized a digital scale, and methamphetamine from the vehicle.

Bradley has been charged with two counts of driving under the influence of controlled substances, a misdemeanor; possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 2.
