Schuylkill man facing bad check charge
A Schuylkill County man is facing charges of a bad check and theft by deception.
State police at Schuylkill Haven said Lance Troyhunter Reis, 31, of Minersville, issued a check for $194.90 to Tobash Home Heating Inc., of Orwigsburg, on a closed account and failed to make good on it.
The check was issued on Oct. 9.
