Domestic incident

State police at Fern Ridge are investigating a domestic incident that occurred at 9:30 p.m. on Oct. 17 at 312 Frantz Road in Brodheadsville.

Troopers responded to that location to a report of a domestic dispute. On scene troopers learned that William O. Williams III, 38, of Palmerton, got into a verbal argument with a 29-year-old female at that address.

Troopers indicated simple assault and harassment charges may be pending completion of the investigation.
