Vandals spray paint stop signs
Vandals spray-painted stop signs in a Monroe County development.
State police at Fern Ridge said eight stop signs in the Birch Hollow Estates in Chestnuthill Township, were painted with graffiti sometime between Dec. 1 and 8.
